YouTube Post Image Resizer

01

Use the square preset as a working canvas

The 1080 × 1080 preset is a practical square canvas for artwork that may also be reused across social platforms. It is a ThumbPull production preset rather than a claim that every YouTube post must use exactly that size.

Choose Fill for full-bleed artwork, Fit when the entire image must remain visible, or Crop when the subject needs a tighter composition.

02

Do not force every post into a square

If your source or publishing plan needs another ratio, enter custom dimensions in More Options instead of stretching the image. The goal of this page is to give post artwork a fast starting point without hiding the full resize controls.

FAQ / PRACTICAL ANSWERS

NO MYSTERY CONTROLS.

Is 1080 × 1080 mandatory for YouTube posts?

No. It is ThumbPull's square working preset for post artwork. Use custom dimensions when your content or publishing workflow needs another aspect ratio.

Does ThumbPull upload my image?

Normal resize, crop, compress, convert and batch work is processed in the browser. Pulling a public YouTube thumbnail requires requesting that public image from YouTube.

Do I need an account?

No. The core thumbnail and image tools are designed to work without creating an account.
